Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

IDH1 / IDH antibody was raised against porcine heart Isocitrate dehydrogenase
Porcine IDH1 / Isocitrate Dehydrogenase. The reagents were evaluated for potency, purity and specificity using most or all of the following techniques: immunoelectrophoresis, cross-immunoelectrophoresis, single radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), block titration, ELISA, immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition. Cross-reactivity Cross-reactivities against enzymes of other sources may occur but have not been determined.
This product is intended for use in precipitating and non-precipitating antibody-binding assays (such as e. g., ELISA and Western blotting and immunofluorescence or histochemical techniques). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

IDH1 Antibody, IDCD Antibody, IDP Antibody, IDPC Antibody, PICD Antibody, NADP(+)-specific ICDH Antibody, IDH Antibody, Oxalosuccinate decarboxylase Antibody

Isocitrate dehydrogenases catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. These enzymes belong to two distinct subclasses, one of which utilizes NAD(+) as the electron acceptor and the other NADP(+). Five isocitrate dehydrogenases have been reported: three NAD(+)-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases, which localize to the mitochondrial matrix, and two NADP(+)-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases, one of which is mitochondrial and the other predominantly cytosolic.
