Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

ICAM2 / CD102 antibody was raised against transfected COS cells expressing ICAM-2 cDNA.
Recognizes human CD102, also known as intercellular adhesion molecule-2 (ICAM-2).
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:100. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
200 µl deionized water
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
ICAM2 / CD102 is a member of the intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) family. All ICAM proteins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, contain 2-9 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and bind to the leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein. This protein may play a role in lymphocyte recirculation by blocking LFA-1-dependent cell adhesion.
