Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

ICAM2 / CD102 antibody was raised against cOS cells transfected with murine ICAM-2.
Recognizes murine intercellular adhesion molecule-2 (ICAM-2). Reported to inhibit interactions between CD102 and LFA-1.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Functional Activity and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
ICAM2 / CD102 is a member of the intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) family. All ICAM proteins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, contain 2-9 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and bind to the leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein. This protein may play a role in lymphocyte recirculation by blocking LFA-1-dependent cell adhesion.
