Specificity
Reacts with the extracellular part of the ICAM-1 molecule. Antigen binding shows that it is expressed on the cell surface of monocytes and at a lower level on lymphocytes. The expression becomes stronger after activation of the lymphocytes.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 20 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 5 x 10^5 cells or 100 ul of whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
