Specificity
Recognizes human intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP) of both natural and recombinant origin. Specificity was further assessed by ELISA and Western Blot. No cross-reactivities with other FABP types have been detected. Species cross-reactivity: rat, mouse, sheep and porcine.
