  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About HTRA1

Q92743 NM_002775 NP_002766.1

HTRA1 Antibody, ARMD7 Antibody, HtrA serine peptidase 1 Antibody, IGFBP5-protease Antibody, HtrA Antibody, ORF480 Antibody, Serine protease 11 Antibody, CARASIL Antibody, L56 Antibody, PRSS11 Antibody, Serine protease HTRA1 Antibody

Serine protease with a variety of targets, including extracellular matrix proteins such as fibronectin. HTRA1-generated fibronectin fragments further induce synovial cells to up-regulate MMP1 and MMP3 production. May also degrade proteoglycans, such as aggrecan, decorin and fibromodulin. Through cleavage of proteoglycans, may release soluble FGF-glycosaminoglycan complexes that promote the range and intensity of FGF signals in the extracellular space.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot analysis of HtrA1 in human A) HeLa cell lysate (1 minute exposure) and B) human 293 cell lysate (15 minute exposure) using antibody at 1:500.
