Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunoprecipitation. Can also be used in affinity chromatography, in conjunction with clone 6F165 to separate recombinant domain I from full length perlecan. ELISA: 1:2000. Western Blot: 1:50. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50. Frozen PLP-fixed sections of bovine and human tissues.
