Usage
HSP27 is induced by environmental stress and developmental changes. It is involved in stress resistance and actin organization and translocates from the cytoplasm to the nucleus upon stress induction. [RefSeq] Optimal dilution of the HSP27 antibody should be determined by the researcher. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
