Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Requires boiling tissue sections in10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: BT474, MDA-MB-453 cells, and breast carcinoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives, no stabilizing proteins added.
Storage
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
