Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation. ELISA: 1:1000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000. Extracts from cadmium chloride-exposed Suberites domuncula were separated by size and transferred to membranes. The blots were. incubated with antibody IVF5. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
