  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About HSP70 / Heat Shock Protein 70

The 70 kilodalton heat shock proteins (Hsp70s) are a family of conserved ubiquitously expressed heat shock proteins. Proteins with similar structure exist in virtually all living organisms. The Hsp70s are an important part of the cell's machinery for protein folding, and help to protect cells from stress. Members of the Hsp70 family are strongly upregulated by heat stress and toxic chemicals, particularly heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury, etc.

HSP70 1A antibody detects HSPA1A protein at cytosol on H1299 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded H1299 xenograft. HSP70 1A antibody dilution:1:500.

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed A431 using HSP70 1A antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha-tubulin antibody (Red) at 1:2000.

Western blot

Western blot
Sample (whole cell lysate). A:293T 20 ug, B:293T 10 ug, C:293T 5 ug, D:293T 1 ug. 7.5% SDS PAGE. HSP70 / Heat Shock Protein 70 antibody diluted at 1:10000.

Western blot

Western blot
Sample (50 ug of whole cell lysate). A: Mouse brain. 7.5% SDS PAGE. HSP70 / Heat Shock Protein 70 antibody diluted at 1:10000.

Western blot

Western blot
Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate). A: H1299, B: Hela, C: Hep G2 . 7.5% SDS PAGE. HSP70 / Heat Shock Protein 70 antibody diluted at 1:20000.

HSP70 1A antibody immunoprecipitates HSP70 1A protein in IP experiments. IP Sample:1000 ug HeLa whole cell lysate/extract A. 40 ug HeLa whole cell lysate/extract B. Control with 2.5 ug of preimmune rabbit IgG C. Immunoprecipitation of HSP70 1A protein by 2.5 ug of HSP70 1A antibody 12% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated HSP70 1A protein was detected by HSP70 1A antibody diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) -01) was used as a secondary reagent.
