Usage

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 32kD band observed in Mouse Lung lysates (calculated MW of 32.4kD according to NP_032314.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 45kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. However, it remained visible in a KO background.
