Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and EMSA Complex Ablation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunofluorescence: Detects Hox A9 in fixed cells. EMSA Complex Ablation: Disrupts DNA-protein complexes containing Hox A9 in EMSA.
