Usage
WB: Detects AUF1 in RIPA lysates from HeLa nuclear extract and A431 cells. HeLa nuclear extract cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Rabbit Anti-AUF1 (0.1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.
