Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

HLA-G antibody was raised against h-2 identical murine cells transfected with and expressing genes encoding HLA-G and human beta2-microglobulin.
Recognizes both membrane-bound and soluble forms of HLA-G (HLA-G1 and HLA-G5). HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells. The antibody 87G blocks interaction of HLA-G with inhibitory receptors
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 1:10. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

PBS, 15 mM sodium azide, 0.2% high-grade protease free BSA as a stabilizing agent.
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
For research use only.

About HLA-G

HLA-G Antibody, HLAG Antibody, HLA-6.0 Antibody, MHC class I antigen G Antibody, HLA G antigen Antibody

HLA-G belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin). The heavy chain is anchored in the membrane. HLA-G is expressed on fetal derived placental cells. The heavy chain is approximately 45 kDa and its gene contains 8 exons.
