Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Flow Cytometry (5 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
HLA-DR1 antibody was raised against purified, insoluble DR1 beta chain (DRB1*0101) expressed in E. coli inclusion bodies.
Specifically binds to the empty but not peptide-loaded form of HLA-DR1. DR is the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages)
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 5 ug/ml. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, 15 mM sodium azide, 0.2% high-grade protease free BSA as a stabilizing agent.
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
