Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone MEM-267] (IgG2b) to Human HLA-DR1
Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2b Monoclonal [MEM-267]
Protein A purified
Specificity and Use
HLA-DR1 antibody was raised against purified, insoluble DR1 beta chain (DRB1*0101) expressed in E. coli inclusion bodies.
Specifically binds to the empty but not peptide-loaded form of HLA-DR1. DR is the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages)
Flow Cytometry: The antibody MEM-267 stains immature dendritic cells that express empty cell surface MHC molecules, but not cells that express predominantly peptide loaded forms.
PBS, 15 mM sodium azide, approx., pH 7.4.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
