HLA-DR antibody was raised against eHR-B Ramos cells.
Recognizes a monomorphic determinant of human HLA-DR antigen (MHC class II), expressed by B lymphocytes, activated T cells and by monocytes. Reacts with paraffin embedded material following PLP (periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) fixation. Tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Species cross-reactivity: mouse halplotypes b, d and q.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Paraffin.
