Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [HI118]
Protein G purified
IHC - Paraffin
IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Recognizes a 27 and 32kD a, b heterodimer glycoprotein named class II major histocompatibility complex (or human leukocyte antigen) DQ monomorphic antigen. Cross-reactivity: Normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes: 10%. Does not react with human peripheral blood granulocytes and monocytes.
Suitable for use in Indirect Immunofluorescence staining for Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence: (Indirect) 1 ug/1E6 cells. Flow Cytometry: 0.06 ug/1x1E6 cells or 100 ul peripheral blood. Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed, frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin sections.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
