Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

HLA-DPB1 Antibody, Class II HLA beta chain Antibody, HLA-DP1B Antibody, MHC class II antigen DPbeta1 Antibody, MHC class II antigen DPB1 Antibody, MHC class II HLA-DRB1 Antibody, MHC HLA DPB1 Antibody, HLA-DPB Antibody, MHC class II HLA-DP-beta-1 Antibody, DPB1 Antibody, HLA DP14-beta chain Antibody, MHC class II HLA-DP-beta Antibody

HLA-DPB belongs to the HLA class II beta chain paralogues. This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha (DPA) and a beta chain (DPB), both anchored in the membrane. It plays a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins. Class II molecules are expressed in antigen presenting cells (APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages). The beta chain is approximately 26-28 kDa and its gene contains 6 exons.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
HLA-DPB1 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of HLA-DPB1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal HLA-DPB1 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the HLA-DPB1 gene.
