Specificity
Recognizes a common determinant on the beta chain of human MHC Class II, and stains cells expressing HLA-DR, DP and DQ. The antigen is expressed by B lymphocytes, monocytes and activated T lymphocytes.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
