Specificity
Recognizes the beta chains of class II human major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens. The Reacts with DP, DQ, DR beta chains, which are expressed by antigen presenting cells, B- cells, monocytes and activated T lymphocytes. MHC class II molecules play a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
