Usage
ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1:1000 depending on the concentration of tat in the test system. Immunohistochemical studies may be performed in 1:500 dilution range. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
