Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
HIV-1 tat / p14 antibody was raised against aA 49-57 from HIV-1 Glutathione-S-transferase (GST) fusion protein expressed in E. coli.
Recognizes wild type HIV-TAT protein. Antibody specificity was analyzed by Western Blot with control GST-tat fusion protein (MW 37kD) and detection using the ECL system. Cross-reacts with other GST fusion proteins unless pre-adsorbed against GST.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1500. Immunoprecipitation: 1:375.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
