Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase antibody LS-C68035 is a biotin-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human immunodeficiency virus HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase. Validated for ELISA and WB.

Binds to native and recombinant HIV-1 p66 in Dot Blot assays, ELISA and Western ELISA.
ELISA may be performed in 1:2000 dilution range depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. Western ELISA may be performed in 10-100pg p66 range with 1:500 dilution of the conjugate. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
