Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000 diluted in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20. Incubate at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.

10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.02% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol
Storage
