  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1503 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1503 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.

TBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

HIF1A Antibody, ARNT-interacting protein Antibody, ARNT interacting protein Antibody, BHLHe78 Antibody, HIF1 Alpha Antibody, Hypoxia-inducible factor1alpha Antibody, HIF-1A Antibody, HIF1 Antibody, MOP1 Antibody, Member of PAS superfamily 1 Antibody, PASD8 Antibody, HIF-1-alpha Antibody, HIF-1alpha Antibody, HIF1-ALPHA Antibody, Member of PAS protein 1 Antibody

Functions as a master transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia. Under hypoxic conditions, activates the transcription of over 40 genes, including erythropoietin, glucose transporters, glycolytic enzymes, vascular endothelial growth factor, HILPDA, and other genes whose protein products increase oxygen delivery or facilitate metabolic adaptation to hypoxia. Plays an essential role in embryonic vascularization, tumor angiogenesis and pathophysiology of ischemic disease.
