Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Human Herpesvirus 6 HHV-6 Early Phosphoprotein p41
Human Herpesvirus 6 (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
ELISA (1:300 - 1:640)
Specificity and Use
Early phosphoprotein p41 of Human Herpes virus 6A/B.
Recognizes early phosphoprotein of Human Herpesvirus 6A/B, with major specificity to p41kD, encoded by the U27 gene, and a minor one to p110kD. Reactive with DNA-binding protein of HHV-6.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunofluorescence (nuclear staining): 1:300-1:640. (HHV-6A/GS infected HSB-2 cells). Immunoprecipitation: Precipitates HHV-6 proteins, p41 (major) and p110 (minor).
