Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:10-1:20 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Liver carcinoma.
Presentation
0.09% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
