Specificity
Recognizes heparin/heparan sulfate. Low affinity cross-reactivity with DNA. Species cross-reactivity: Mammals, human and rat. It is reported that clone also cross reacts with dextran sulfate (Mahmood, 2002).

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and RIA. Western Blot: 1:1000. Recognizes heparan sulfate proteoglycan. ELISA: 1-10 ug/ml. RIA: 1-10 ug/ml.
