Synthetic lizard helospectin I.
Specificity
Recognizes helospectrin. Absorption with 10-100 ug helospectin per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining, while secretin, PHI and PACAP do not. Cross-reacts with helodermin. Species cross-reactivity: Rat, mouse, feline and canine.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence microscopy (frozen sections). Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:400-1:800 with overnight incubation at 2-8?C. Positive control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of rat small intestine (1% carbodiimide added to the fixative).
