(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
- Western blot (1:1000)
- Immunoprecipitation (1:100)
Human Hsp70 synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acid residues 556-568, and the peptide conjugated to KLH. The peptide antibody was produced using MAP (multiple antigenic peptide) resin technology.
This antibody detects an ~70kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp70 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, monkey, rat, mouse, hamster, porcine, bovine, canine, sheep and beluga. This antibody is specific for the inducible form of Hsp70 (Hsp72) and does not cross-react with the constitutive Hsc70 (Hsp73).
Western Blot (Colorimetric): 1:2000. Immunoprecipitation: 1:100. Positive control: Recombinant Human Hsp70 Protein.
