HDAC4 Antibody - Fixed and permeabilized Hela cells were stained with a 1:50 dilution of HDAC4 antibody (Poly6077) for 1 hr, incubated with goat anti-rabbit conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 (top panel). Cells were examined at 100 X magnification. DAPI stained cells are shown as a control (bottom panel).

Usage

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1999 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1999 was determined to be 1:50.

Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
