Synthetic polypeptide in which overlapping sequences of at least 90 residues in length were selected from the immunodominant NS-4 regions of Chinese HCV strains.
Specificity
Reacts with synthetic NS-4a Protein and Recombinant Chimeric HCV Polyprotein. No cross-reaction with HCV Capsid region and other non-structure region.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: Reacts with human Hepatitis C Virus. Western Blot: 0.5 ug/ml will allow visualization of 0.5 ug/lane of synthetic NS-4 peptide and 0.1 ug/lane recombinant Chimeric HCV polyprotein. Immunohistochemistry: Immunoperoxidase-avidin-biotin (ABC) assay for Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue section using diluted antibody.
Presentation
PBS, pH 7.0, 40% glycerol.
Storage
