TSC1 antibody LS-B612 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to TSC1 (Hamartin) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 15 AA synthetic peptide from the middle region of human TSC1. The immunogen is located within aa 220-270 of TSC1.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of TSC1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms. TSC1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with TSC2.

Usage
TSC1 antibody can be used for the detection of TSC1 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 128 kDa Observed: 135 kDa
