Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Recommended Dilution (s): ELISA: 1:30000-1:150000; Assayed against 0.1 ug of phosphorylated peptide in a standard capture ELISA using TMB (3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenizidine) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:1000.
