Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LS-E8710 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C98332. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
This Guanylyl Cyclase alpha 1 (GUCY1A3) antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 269-300 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human Guanylyl Cyclase alpha 1 (GUCY1A3).
PBS, 0.09% sodium azide
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C.
Soluble guanylate cyclases are heterodimeric proteins that catalyze the conversion of GTP to 3',5'-cyclic GMP and pyrophosphate. The protein encoded by this gene is an alpha subunit of this complex and it interacts with a beta subunit to form the guanylate cyclase enzyme, which is activated by nitric oxide. Several transcript variants encoding a few different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
Western blot of anti-GUCY1A3 antibody in mouse brain tissue lysate (35 ug/lane). GUCY1A3(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Western blot of GUCY1A3 (arrow) using GUCY1A3 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the GUCY1A3 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
