Specificity and Use
GTF2I / TFII I antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of human general transcription factor II-I encoded within exons 27 and 28 (LocusLink ID 2969).
Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse TFII-I is likely owing to complete identity between peptide used for this antibody production and mouse ortholog.
