Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

GTF2I / TFII I antibody was raised against dDDYSPPSKRPKANE. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gibbon (100%); Monkey (93%); Bat, Horse, Pig (87%); Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Dog, Rabbit (80%).
Recognizes human TFII-I.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3097 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3097 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.

About GTF2I / TFII I

P78347 NM_032999 NP_127492.1

GTF2I Antibody, BAP-135 Antibody, BAP135 Antibody, BTK-associated protein, 135kD Antibody, BTK-associated protein 135 Antibody, DIWS Antibody, IB291 Antibody, SRF-Phox1-interacting protein Antibody, WBSCR6 Antibody, TFII I Antibody, TFII-I Antibody, BTKAP1 Antibody, WBS Antibody, GTFII-I Antibody, SPIN Antibody

Interacts with the basal transcription machinery by coordinating the formation of a multiprotein complex at the C-FOS promoter, and linking specific signal responsive activator complexes. Promotes the formation of stable high-order complexes of SRF and PHOX1 and interacts cooperatively with PHOX1 to promote serum-inducible transcription of a reporter gene deriven by the C-FOS serum response element (SRE).
