Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000. Coat ELISA plates with 50-100 ng/well GST pi. Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000 (ECL). Note: Actual dilution of antibody will vary depending upon the type of technique used to detect primary antibody such colorimetric or chemiluminescence substrates. The nature and concentration of GST in may also affect antibody concentration.
