Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml. Boiling the sections is required. Immunocytochemistry (Acetone fixed cells): 0.5-1 ug/ml. Antigen retrieval by Pepsin and Trypsin is required.

Reconstitute in sterile PBS.
Storage
