Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 75kD band observed in lysates of cell lines A431, A549 and HeLa (calculated MW of 63.5kD according to NP_002078.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (He and Bateman, Cancer Res. 1999 Jul 1;59(13):3222-9. PMID: 10397269). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
