GRIN3A / NR3A

glutamate receptor, ionotropic, N-methyl-D-aspartate 3A

NMDA receptor subtype of glutamate-gated ion channels with reduced single-channel conductance, low calcium permeability and low voltage-dependent sensitivity to magnesium. Mediated by glycine. May play a role in the development of dendritic spines. May play a role in PPP2CB-NMDAR mediated signaling mechanism.

Gene Name: glutamate receptor, ionotropic, N-methyl-D-aspartate 3A
Family/Subfamily: Ion Channel , Glutamate receptor - ionotropic (NMDA receptor)
Synonyms: GRIN3A, GluN3A, NMDAR-L, KIAA1973, NMDAR3A, NR3A
Target Sequences: NM_133445 NP_597702.2 Q8TCU5

GRIN3A / NR3A Antibody - Rabbit antibody to NMDAR3A (990-1040). IHC on paraffin sections of rat spinal cord tissue using Rabbit antibody to NMDAR3A (990-1040). HIER: 1 mM EDTA, pH 8 for 20 min using Thermo PT Module. Blocking: 0.2% LFDM in TBST filtered through a 0.2 micron filter. Detection was done using Novolink HRP polymer from Leica following manufacturer's instructions. Primary antibody: dilution 1:1000, incubated 30 min at RT (using Autostainer). Sections were counterstained with Harris Hematoxylin.
