Epitope
aa25-130
Specificity
Labels the 140 kD band representing NR2C in Western blots of cerebellum. It also labels the 180 kD NR2A and NR2B bands. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption of the antibody with the c-terminal fusion protein used to generate the antibody.
