Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP* and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitates NR2A from rat brain hippocampus membranes and rat brain microsomal preparations.
