Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml detected NR1 in 10 ug of rat brain microsomal tissue lysate. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 detected NR1 in normal rat hippocampus. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ug from a previous lot precipitated NR1 from rat brain microsomal RIPA lysate.

Storage
