His tag fusion protein corresponding to residues 834-938 of rat NR1A. Peptide sequence homology: human and rat (100%).
Epitope
aa834-938
Specificity
Recognizes rat NR1 (Mr 130kD). An additional band (Mr 200kD) may be detected at higher concentrations. The epitope maps to a region (834-864) common to all NR1 isoforms and so should cross-react with all NR1 isoforms. Species sequence homology: human and mouse.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemi- luminescence detection system. Note: Do not boil the microsomal preparation. Incubate at RT for 30-45 minutes.
