Specificity and Use
GRAMD3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-EAKPTRADAH from an internal region of human GRAMD3 (NP_001139791.1; NP_076416.2; NP_001139792.1; NP_001139793.1; NP_001139794.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset (100%); Panda, Horse, Rabbit (90%); Bat, Bovine, Porcine, Verticillium (80%).
Human GRAMD3. This antibody is expected to recognize all reported isoforms (NP_001139791.1; NP_076416.2; NP_001139792.1; NP_001139793.1; NP_001139794.1).
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (frontal Cortex), Spleen and Placenta lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 ug/ml).
