Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Pig (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey, Bovine (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (22 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
GPR61 antibody was raised against synthetic 16 amino acid peptide from N-terminal extracellular domain of human GPR61. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Elephant, Panda, Pig (100%); Marmoset, Bovine (94%); Bat (88%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Horse (81%).
GPR61 belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. G protein-coupled receptors contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. The protein encoded by this gene is most closely related to biogenic amine receptors.
