Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml. Use 10 ul to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total volume 200ul. Validated using A172 cells fixed first with 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.1% saponin in PBS. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml. A172 cells were fixed with PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS containing 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100 and 1% BSA.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in sterile PBS.
Storage
Store at -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
